Meet Otilia Rowe, LCSW
Therapy with Otilia is a space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and feel more grounded in the life you're building.
Otilia is a bilingual Spanish-speaking licensed clinical social worker who works with women and adolescents navigating anxiety, OCD, infertility and IVF, school avoidance, relationships, and the pressures that come with growing and changing.
With a background in social work and extensive experience supporting teens, families, and adults, she brings a compassionate, practical, and collaborative perspective to therapy. Her approach draws from evidence-informed treatments and is tailored to each client's needs, goals, and stage of life.
Her goal is to create a space where one feels understood without judgment, supported without being told what to do, and comfortable being honest about what they're experiencing.
Individual Therapy
Welcome
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and develop new ways of navigating the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that feel overwhelming.
I work with women and adolescents who may be experiencing anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, infertility and IVF, school avoidance, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or significant life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, goals and stage in life.
